Provision outside of surgery hours
If you have a dental emergency over the weekend or on a bank holiday please call the North Oxfordshire Private Dental Group on 01865 238 438. This number is available 9am – 5pm on weekends and bank holidays. Telephone advice is free but there will be a call out charge if you need to be seen.

Location
We are located on the High Street in Kidlington next to Tileright.
Parking
There is plenty of free parking available nearby. Please use postcode OX5 2DH in your satnav to take you to the nearest carpark or use our ‘What 3Words’ location ID which is: ///ladder.zaps.painter
Access
There is disabled access to the first floor by a DDA approved lift.
Although the High Street is pedestrianised for most of the day, we can with notification, give vehicular access for patients with restricted mobility directly to the front door.
Making an Appointment
We are happy to accept self-referrals or referrals from your general dentist. If your preference is to self-refer, please contact us on reception@ridentes.com or call us where one of our team will be able to assist you.
Direct Access Dental Hygiene Appointments
We can now offer direct access to Dental Hygiene appointments without the need for a referral from a prescribing dentist. In order to access these services please contact the practice and book a direct access hygiene appointment.
Patient Responsibilities
- Please give notice to cancel or change an appointment. Any appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend, will be subject to charge in line with our practice policy
- Maintain your oral health throughout treatment
- Pay for lost and broken appliances
- The dentist has the right to refuse to treat any patient who is abusive or violent
- Your records will remain confidential and secure. If for any reason they need to be disclosed then you will be contacted prior to disclosure. Please see our Privacy Policy. In the event of a complaint please see the procedures Here
